ELIGIBILITY Employees of the National Headquarters of the American Red Cross who are paid or supervised from Washington, D. C. Employees of all National Sectors of the American Red Cross. Employees of American Red Cross Chapters who are under the jurisdiction of the National Sectors of the American Red Cross. Employees of the Retirement System of the American Red Cross who work in Alexandria, Virginia. Employees of the American Red Cross stationed outside the continental limits of the United States who are paid or supervised from National Headquarters. Volunteers who work regularly, and have done so for at least one year, for the American Red Cross under supervision of the staff. Employees of Jones Intercable, Inc., who work in Alexandria, Virginia Employees of WAVE (Work, Achievement, Values, & Education) who work in Washington, D. C., New York, San Antonio, Texas, or Richmond, Virginia. Employees of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) who work in Washington, D. C. Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union; employees of this credit union; persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment; members of their immediate families; and organizations of such persons. Foreign nationals at foreign locations, or employees of the American Red Cross eligible for membership in DIXSEA Federal Credit Union, Atlanta, Georgia are not eligible for membership in CBFCU.
